avid hotel is in a great location, perfect for a layover. it's just a short drive to hard rock casino and 20 miles from the ocean. my stay was comfortable, as the queen room with two queen beds had plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location feels isolated!!! No nearby restaurants or grocery stores, unsafe walking conditions!!! Housekeeping needs to improve attention to detail regarding cleanliness!!! Shower design should minimize flooding!!! Staff responsiveness requires enhancement!!!

Perfect place for family stay!
Really liked our stay here! It was super close to the airport, which was perfect for our family. The room was spacious and comfy. They had a nice snack bar for quick bites. The only thing? The elevator was kinda slow, which made us a bit impatient sometimes.

The A/C unit is quite noisy when it kicks on, making it a bit disruptive at night. The breakfast has limited fresh options, although there's still enough variety to get by. The location is excellent. getting to Fort Lauderdale through an Uber is quick and convenient. The room is spacious with ample storage for clothes and luggage, which I appreciated. The bed is huge. it comfortably accommodated my family. The bathroom had good toiletries, which is always a plus. However, the floors weren't clean upon arrival. there were visible stains. The bathroom design needs work as water ended up all over the floor during showers, making a mess every time. Overall, the hotel has potential with a few adjustments needed in cleanliness and bathroom functionality.

I recommend it for families looking for comfort
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, which reminded me how important good service is when you need a place to stay. They set up a free shuttle from the airport very quickly, even arranged an Uber for us. My 8-year-old loved the beds, felt like he was floating in the clouds!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly for the quality, it felt justifiable.
